Our fees are never “marked up” to cover your charitable gift – our loan fees will meet (more likely beat) virtually all competitors, and real estate commissions (unless set by an unrelated seller) are discounted by 16% or more, based on an industry standard 3% per side.
The process is simple – before the close of escrow, let us know where you’d like to direct your gift and we’ll get in touch immediately after closing to make funding arrangements on your behalf!
